Park 21 is centrally located and is very easy to reach, for people in the immediate area as well as regional, national and even international visitors. The motorways A4 (connecting Amsterdam – Schiphol airport - Leiden – The Hague - Rotterdam) and A9 (Amsterdam - Hoofddorp - Haarlem - Den Helder) make the park easy to reach by car. With the Hoofddorp railway station, Park 21 has an intercity connection with Amsterdam - Schiphol - Leiden - The Hague - Rotterdam. Since Schiphol Airport is just a stone’s throw away, even travellers with a few hours of transfer time between flights can visit Park 21.

Park 21 is in the heart of an area with a great innovative power. Europe’s most innovative and sustainable logistics hub, Amsterdam Connecting Trade (ACT), with a direct connection to Schiphol Airport, is being built on the east site of the A4, the eastern border of the park. The large-scale glasshouse district PrimAviera is also being developed as a strategic element of the Greenport Aalsmeer’, the largest auction centre of flowers and plants in the world. In the Zuidrand, Hoofddorp’s southern boundary and the park’s northern boundary, a new residential district is being built along with a large multi-functional sport complex with space for professional sporting events.
